About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Planner to join our team in the groundbreaking Life Sciences sector. This is not your typical Project Planner role – you’ll be working on high-impact projects that contribute to advancing science, healthcare, and innovation. With 3 days a week on-site in Weybridge and the flexibility to work remotely for the rest of the week, this role offers the perfect blend of collaboration and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop, manage, and maintain complex project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with critical timelines and deliverables.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including scientists, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks, delays, and opportunities for optimization.
* Support resource planning, allocation, and forecasting to meet project milestones effectively.
* Conduct regular reviews and updates of project plans, ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.
* Contribute to innovative Life Sciences projects, ensuring they remain on track to achieve transformative outcomes.

Skills and Experience Required
* Proven experience as a Project Planner, ideally within complex and technical industries (Life Sciences experience is a plus!).
* Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 – a must-have.

* Exceptional attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
