As a Talent Development Advisor at Gallagher Bassett UK, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent Development Manager in delivering the Learning and Development (L&D) strategy. You will be responsible for all training and development initiatives, ensuring that our employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. How you'll make an impact Supporting the Talent Development Manager with all Talent Development administrative duties Scanning and filing of Talent Development documents Keeping the Talent Development records and drives up to date Assisting the Talent Development Manager and the business in any ad-hoc tasks Administration of all professional qualifications membership, study and exams including ordering materials Support the implementation and integration of the Career Development Framework including ongoing maintenance and delivery Assisting the Talent Development Manager in identifying skills gaps and future learning requirements Curate learning content and assess relevant learning and development options.
