At All Saints Multi Academy Trust, we are looking for a Governance Professional to drive excellence in governance, ensuring that our board and leadership teams operate with the highest standards of compliance, effectiveness, and strategic oversight.
What You’ll Do
1. Act as the lead advisor on governance across the trust, ensuring best practices and compliance.
2. Oversee the governance framework, supporting the board, committees, and local governing bodies.
3. Deliver strategic improvements, enhancing governance structures, policies, and operational efficiency.
4. Facilitate training and development, empowering leaders, trustees, and governance professionals.
5. Drive effective communication and engagement, ensuring transparency across the trust.
What We’re Looking For
1. Expertise in governance, compliance, and policy development—ideally in an education or trust setting.
2. Strong ability to influence and advise at executive and board levels.
3. A proactive problem-solver who can streamline processes and implement improvements.
4. Excellent communication skills, with a passion for training, developing, and supporting governance teams.
5. Knowledge of education legislation, regulatory frameworks, and statutory requirements.
