Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking to transition to part-time work? My client based in East Kilbride has an opportunity to join their team, assisting with credit control, accounts payable, expenses, and more. They offer flexibility in days and hours. The salary is £30k pro-rata.
Duties will include:
1. Credit Control, Sales Ledger, and Purchasing
2. Generating monthly invoices and billings accurately and timely
3. Handling payment transactions – including BACS, Direct Debit Collections, Foreign Payments
4. Expenses Reporting and Updates
5. Payment Allocation and Bank Reconciliation
6. Managing Financial Customer Database, pricing formulas, contact details, and correspondence
7. Generating Financial Management Reports
Skills Required:
* Previous experience in accounts/finance
* Organised, innovative, deadline-driven, with excellent attention to detail and literacy skills
* Proficient in MS Office
* Experience in a similar role is advantageous
* Knowledge of Xero accounts package is beneficial but not essential
