CNC Recruitment is seeking multiple CNC Operators to join our client in Templecombe area - a well-respected metal fabrication company. Key Responsibilities: Operate various CNC-based machines including saws, drills, rapid cutters, and plasma profiling machines. Ensure precision and quality while processing customer orders. Safely operate CombiLifts (multi-directional forklifts) for material handling. Conduct routine machine checks and basic maintenance. Follow health & safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines. Working Hours: Day shift (40 hours per week): Monday to Friday (06:00 – 14:00) Mid shift (40 hours per week): Monday to Friday (14:00 – 22:00) Night shift (40 hours per week): Sunday to Thursday (22:00 – 06:00) Salary: Day shift: £23,800 – £30,000 per annum Mid shift: £27,370 – £34,500 per annum Night shift: £30,940 – £39,000 per annum Requirements Experience operating CNC machinery (saws, drills, rapid cutters, plasma profiling) is highly desirable. Forklift experience, particularly with CombiLifts, is a strong advantage. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work well in a team environment. Understanding of health & safety regulations in an industrial setting. Salary: Day shift: £23,800 – £30,000 per annum Mid shift: £27,370 – £34,500 per annum Night shift: £30,940 – £39,000 per annum Dependent on experience/moving onto shift, plus benefits, plus discretionary bonus. These salary ranges include the shift premium where applicable. Pre authorised overtime available at time and a half, after 40 hours. Day shift (40 hours per week): Monday to Friday (06:00 – 14:00) Mid shift (40 hours per week): Monday to Friday (14:00 – 22:00) Night shift (40 hours per week): Sunday to Thursday (22:00 – 06:00) This includes a 30 minute paid break. All training carried out on day shift.
