Renault Retail Group seeks a Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our Vehicle Sales Admin hub based at Renault Hayes, UB3.
Renault Retail Group is a national network of automotive dealerships representing the brands Renault, Dacia, Nissan and Alpine. We are Renault’s largest dealer group selling 1 in every 5 Renault in the UK and we are 100% owned by Renault.
This Vehicle Sales Administrator role will involve vehicle sales order processing on behalf of a number of our manufacturer-owned dealerships in London, with all work being carried out from our Hayes admin hub.
We seek candidates with experience in a busy sales order processing role; candidates with motor retail sales administration experience will be prioritised.
Duties of our Vehicle Sales Administrator include:
* Handling vehicle ordering, registration and licensing through AFRL
* Managing used cars & vans stock admin
* Vehicle road taxation, invoicing, and monitoring order progress through the factory
* Shipping, delivery, and completion of handover packs for customers/clients
* Collating bonus data for qualification against manufacturer targets
An acute attention to detail will also be required as several of the duties involve handling intricate and sensitive coding. Candidates must have experience in using CDK Drive, Autoline, Kerridge or similar DMS and a working knowledge of AFRL to register and tax cars and/or vans. There will be an emphasis on ensuring timely and professional dealings with all internal and external customers.
Candidates must have:
* Administration experience in a sales order processing department
* Strong eye for detail
We will prioritise candidates that have worked in automotive retail admin, carrying out regular duties such as:
* Processing extended warranties, V5 documents, GAP insurance policies, G3, etc.
* Using systems such as AFRL, Kerridge, ADP Autoline, CDK Drive, Ebbon Dacs or RTC
The working pattern for this full-time Vehicle Sales Administrator role is Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5:00pm with one hour for lunch; 40 hours per week.
In return we will offer a £28,000 per annum basic salary.
