Job Title - Administrator - Surveying Location - Midlands - Birmingham Salary - £22,100-£24,000per annum - depending on skills and experience. Contract type - Fixed Term - 31 March 2025 (potential to extend) Working hours - Full Time About the role We are currently recruiting for a fixed term Administrator position based on a 37-hour week, flexible on working hours between 8am - 5pm. This role will be working from our Midlandsoffice as will need to collate information from other teams. There will be occasions where it will be acceptable to work from home. As the Administrator your duties will include the following: To monitor cases and liaise with customers to resolve queries. Work with the Surveying administrator and Surveyors to resolve issues or arrange appointments. To raise works orders to the DLO and contractors and act as facilitator to ensure appointments are arranged timely and all parties are aware. To provide cover for the Surveying administrator during absence. Uploading document to GSA management system To collate information from systems to provide a response for complaints and queries. Ensuring all conversations and notes are recorded on the system are accurate and detailed. To provide administration support when letters or mailshots are requested. To support with rescheduling diaries when appointments can`t be met. Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. About you You will be able to demonstrate the ability to operate at a level of 5 GCSE`s (including English Language and Mathematics) at grade C or equivalent. Accuracy is key to this role. This will include being organised and methodical - able to prioritize work to meet deadlines. Having strong administrative and telephone experience in a customer service role is essential but not desirable. You will have experience of complaints and queries from dissatisfied customers and be able to demonstrate the ability to resolve problems.
