An exciting Interim opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to support with a key project. This role requires a strong ER professional who can provide hands-on support, ensuring high levels of employee engagement while handling ER matters with compassion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide onsite support every day, acting as the first point of contact for ER matters
* Drive employee engagement, ensuring clear communication and a positive working environment
* Handle complex ER cases with care, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions
* Work closely with managers, providing coaching and guidance on ER best practices
* Promote a culture of fairness, respect, and inclusivity within the workplace
Key Skills & Experience:
1. Strong background in Employee Relations with experience managing ER cases
2. Experience of collective consultations
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels
4. A compassionate and approachable manner, with a people-first mindset
