Where You Would Work: Central Office Belfast with Working from Home Opportunities We are looking for a highly motivated individual to become part of the SP & Outcomes Team.Responsible for overseeing service level contract compliance of NIHE contracts as well as day-to-day functions of an Outcomes System (IT Information System). Act as the first point of contact for providing quality support and advice relating to NIHE, Supporting People and Housing Benefit, contracts and monitoring and reporting on relevant KPIs. This role willensure the smooth running of Praxis Cares Outcomes system so that it is used effectively across services as well as supporting the implementation of new system features. Essential criteria: Degree (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant subject (e.g. Business, IT or Housing Management) with at least 2 years relevant middle management experience within a large Organisation (250 staff). OR, 6 years substantial relevant middle management experience within a large Organisation (250 staff). Full valid driving licence on application and access to own transport Experience to include: Managing multiple tasks efficiently with a proven track of ability to adapt to changing priorities, consistently delivering high-quality work under varying time constraints. Extracting, analysing and delivering detailed accurate reports using excel and other relevant formats. Day-to-day responsibility for IT system including testing, fault reporting and document control Planning and conducting audits including developing and monitoring plans with specific, measurable targets Experience of developing andutilising databases to manage information for reporting KPIs. Monitoring progress to deliver results.
