Our Self Invested Pensions business is growing, and we are seeking a SSAS & SIPP Senior Technician to join our Stirling office. This role is suitable for someone with experience in administration and technical issues related to SSAS & SIPP contracts.

The Team

The Role
As a SSAS & SIPP Senior Technician, you will:
* Provide technical support to ensure prompt, efficient, and accurate customer service.
* Assist in managing and ensuring compliance with technical issues.
* Monitor legislative and regulatory changes affecting SIPs and adapt procedures accordingly.
* Identify and develop technical improvements to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency.
* Coach and develop staff, identifying training needs.
* Deliver high-standard technical training and develop training materials.
* Maintain and update SIP procedures and training notes in a clear, FCA-compliant manner.
* Own and escalate issues as needed.
* Provide feedback to management on staff performance.
* Manage technical and regular task lists.
* Help resolve complaints as directed.
* Undertake monthly risk audits and performance checks.
* Act as main contact or relationship manager with external companies and attend client meetings when required.
Your Profile
Essential Criteria
* Experience with administration and technical issues on SSAS & SIPP contracts.
* Ability to analyze legislative and regulatory impacts.
* Experience in developing and documenting procedures and training notes.
* Ability to work under pressure and independently.
* Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
Desirable Criteria
* FPC, ACII, or equivalent qualification.
* Project management experience.
* Client relationship management experience.
