Role Liaising with clients and customers by email and telephone liaison including booking in appointments. Data analysis – auditing data for all clients to ensure accuracy. Raising service requests/booking appointments using in-house booking system. Dealing with customer complaints/queries via email and phone. Liaising with planning to ensure contractual obligations are kept with the accurate booking of service appointments. General office duties to including filing, answering emails and the preparation of correspondence.
