Apply Today Main duties of the job The varied role of the Administrator will include: Supporting the team to action work requests via the admin generic inbox, including the processing of referrals on the patient administration system (Rio) Diary Management and booking clinic appointments. Having contact with patients, carers, relatives, and other external stakeholders. Typing letters and reports via BigHand ( audio ) and/or copy typing. Using the patient record system RIO ( training provided ). Taking and screening phone calls and managing the admin mailbox. Organising and minuting meetings. Ordering of stationery and other items as required via our SBS system ( training provided ). Reception cover.
