The Role Proofpoint is seeking an experienced Contract Operations Analyst to join our growing Product team. In this role, you will be an analyst for Proofpoint Essentials responsible for managing software platform operations. You will work cross functionally with the Channel sales and Finance organizations as well as with external partners. You will own channel business transitions, monitor licenses, and onboard partners to drive a multimillion dollar software business. You will also assist with analysis activities on the enterprise side of the business including product metrics. Your day-to- day Manage business-critical analyses to proactively grow the channel business (including churn and competitive insights) Reporting requests Customer base analyses including segmentation, discounting Discount and share shift tracking Platform operations Approving, tracking, executing change of channel moves Proactively manage business transitions such as EOLs or terminated partnerships License management Manage and monitor test, trial, NFR licenses proactively Manage true ups along with the renewal team What you bring to the team Experience in an analytical position that includes process and project management Very high attention to detail Strong organizational skills Strong communication skills; ability to manage internal and external stakeholders Ability to model in Excel to answer high-level business questions Why Proofpoint As a customer focused and driven-to-win organization with leading edge products, there are many exciting reasons to join the Proofpoint team.
