Job Title: Field Educator and Events Manager – 12 Month FTC Brand: Murad Reporting To: Head of National Accounts Location: London – Field Based About Murad: We’re the 1 dermatologist-founded brand that approaches skin differently. Key Responsibilities: Support brand events at key retail partners as well as within the Spa & Salons division, being able to engage with customers on the shopfloor while achieving conversion targets. Driving education and conduct skin analysis with our Nexa device (no need to know how to use from previous experiences, as it is quick) at all events, representing the brand and reflecting our premium positioning in her way to approach the customer. Focusing on executing training, education, and business support including retail to maximise brand awareness and revenue. The person will also be required to conduct product training to internal resources as well as represent the brand in a retail environment, training spa, salons and clinics on brand facial protocol. Advanced treatment knowledge preferable but not essential. Required Skills & Experience: Passionate about skincare Experience in managing retail events, from coordinating samples and testers as well as engaging with customers during events like pop up etc. Level 3 Therapist Availability to work during weekends and evenings (until 9pm) is key, as most events have the highest footfall after work, at lunch time and during the weekend.
