Job Description
The key responsibilities for this interim HR Advisor role include:
* Providing expert advice on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees
* Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
* Coordinating and conducting HR training sessions
* Contributing to the development of the HR department
* Managing employee relations issues
* Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
* Supporting recruitment efforts and onboarding process
* Participating in ad-hoc HR projects
The Successful Applicant
The successful Interim HR Advisor should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field
* Proven experience in HR advising within the public sector
* Knowledge of HR systems and databases
* Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
