Commercial Director - Required for this expanding luxury tour operator. The role will be to head up their marketing, PR, and product teams. Director of marketing experience is a must, working for a luxury tailor-made tour operator, hybrid with a couple of days in the London office, salary around £100,000 plus bonus and great benefits.
Commercial Director's Duties
1. Overseeing the Marketing, Product, and PR team, a team of around 15 people.
2. You will be coaching and inspiring three talented senior managers and using your experience to implement impactful strategies.
3. Helping the marketing team redefine the company's marketing approach by fostering a data-first mindset, implementing cutting-edge tools to enhance conversion rates.
4. To help senior managers plan, manage, and deliver campaigns and initiatives that exceed expectations and raise standards.
5. Driving product innovation alongside the head of product.
Commercial Director's Skills Required
1. The successful candidate must come from a marketing director's background within the luxury side of the travel industry.
2. Some knowledge of product would be massively beneficial.
3. Must be able to come into a London office once or twice a week.
