Description Resideo now have a great opportunity for a Brand Ambassador to join our Field Sales Team, working with our customers within the M25 Region. This role is all about getting on the road and meeting our distribution/Merchant partners to promote Resideo products so that they are at the forefront of their minds when speaking to their customers. Therefore, this role would ideally suit a candidate who is out-going, loves engaging with new people and has a self-starter mindset. You'll be driving the Resideo brand and awareness including Honeywell Home product range at Specialist Heating and Plumbing Merchants across your region. This can range from in-branch demonstrations, product training and trade shows, to providing breakfast mornings and sporting events with customers. You'll be given a structured training programme to build up your knowledge of Resideo, our product range and customer base, all with the support from Field Sales in your region. Once your training is complete, you'll be given the autonomy to manage your own dairy with customer visits and events, all with the support and guidance from the Sales team. JOB DUTIES Raise product awareness and drive sales growth through our merchant distributors. Support and train our counter staff to become Resideo experts, creating mini-brand ambassadors in our merchant partners branches. Plan and execute area events and activities, from breakfast mornings to conferences, our brand ambassadors will be on hand to increase attendee engagement and maximise the return on investment. Deliver and set-up POS, merchandise product areas and increase the number of products on display in our trade accounts. Ensure that our partnership agreements and sales initiative directives are being achieved through auditing. Demonstrate our new and existing products to installers and counter staff. Campaign Management Report back on customer audits, sales and opportunities in your region. YOU MUST HAVE Previous experience in customer facing promotional/sales roles Demonstrate a proven track record of customer service or/and a good understanding of what successful customer service is Excellent communication, time management skills and presentation skills. Self-starter and comfortable working autonomously WE VALUE: Passion and enthusiasm.
