Key Duties of General Supply Teacher : - Supervise and deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects. - Ensure students are on task and remain engaged throughout the lesson. - Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive, productive learning environment. - Provide feedback on student participation and progress to the school. Requirements for General Supply Teacher role: - Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification. - Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different subjects. - Previous experience in teaching or classroom supervision is preferred. - A positive, adaptable attitude and a commitment to student welfare.
