About the Role
As Market Insights Manager, you will be the key point of reference for the Strategic Leadership Team (SLT), gathering and analysing data to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. You’ll conduct external research, horizon scanning, and competitive analysis while ensuring customer and consumer behaviours are deeply understood.
With a focus on delivering clear, evidence-based guidance, you’ll help Certsure identify trends, mitigate risks, and seize opportunities to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
This is a management role where you’ll promote a culture of care and high performance, working collaboratively across teams to ensure Certsure delivers on its vision.
