The CRM team is responsible for ensuring we maximise our relationships with our customers. This is core to OVO’s ambition to be Britain’s decarbonisation partner - helping us better understand our customers and take them on the path to zero carbon. CRM helps communicate and engage with our existing customer base through designing customer strategies which are personalised, relevant and timely.
This role in a nutshell:
You will create and deliver activity that supports our smart meter installation target. Your approach will be data driven and aligned with other areas of the business. You will focus on the outputs that are measurable and drive business performance. These outputs will include development of customer and contact strategies. You will be responsible for development and execution of CRM campaigns.
Your key outcomes will be:
* Create insight driven customer and contact strategies to support the Smart business objective
* Work with wider growth and channel owners to align to the customer strategy with other customer facing channels
* Write best in class creative briefs to deliver performance driven communications for email and direct mail
* Manage the delivery process for your campaigns across all channels including briefing data campaign automation teams, email build and call centre readiness
* Working with reporting & analytics to deliver forecasts for activity and understand in flight optimisation
* Measure weekly performance of activity
* Develop statistically valid tests based on proposed hypothesis
You’ll be a successful CRM Manager at OVO if you…
* Have proven experience on CRM and of developing marketing plans
* Have experience in execution of email and direct mail campaigns
* Are proficient in forecasting of campaigns and ability to develop business case for proposed strategies
* Have the ability to develop data driven customer contact strategies
* Thrive in a performance marketing environment
* Are a self-starter who can take action to deliver against a clear objective
* Are willing to step outside of your comfort zone

We’ll pay you between £40,000 and £50,000, depending on your specific skills and experience. You’ll be eligible for an on-target bonus of 15%. We have one OVO bonus plan that focuses on the collective performance of our people to deliver our Plan Zero goal.
