Job Description: Administrative functions of the office, including general correspondence, documentation, and record keeping Organise and schedule appointments for a team of engineers Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing requests, and providing timely responses Maintain and update company databases Manage and maintain office equipment, ensuring timely repairs and maintenance.
