Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to provide leadership to our dynamic Frailty team. The primary role is to provide leadership and supervision to the Frailty therapy team, ensuring the department is providing an efficient and effective service as well as some day to day operational management. The post carries a clinical caseload. The post holder will have good acute and community experience in a variety of acute medical presentations and pathologies, and patients presenting with frailty syndrome. They will work as part of the multidisciplinary team to assess and discharge patients in a timely and appropriate manner with involvement and referrals to our community services. This role also includes future opportunities to work in community settings across the Frailty pathway. We are a very friendly, supportive team who are keen to recruit a physiotherapist who is keen to keep a varied caseload at band 7 level and who are looking to further expand their knowledge and skills. We actively encourage in-service training and recognise the value of supervision and appraisal.
