The Global Education Manager will lead the development and implementation of the No7 Beauty Company learning agenda, leveraging all things digital to enhance learning experiences for global colleagues across the business. This role combines instructional design methodologies with innovative technologies to create impactful learning interventions that improve business performance. Reporting to the Head of Global Beauty Academy and overseeing a team of Global Education & Content Specialists and Digital Designers, this strategic and commercially motivated role will shape the global education strategy across multiple beauty brands, aligning learning initiatives with business goals to enhance performance at through exceptional learning experiences. You will lead the end-to-end design and deployment of learning programs, with a focus on customer-facing teams across EMEA, APAC, and the USA. As a people-centred learning expert, you'll bring proven experience in engaging, developing, and empowering diverse teams, maximising their strengths to achieve excellent results.,
* Lead and develop a team of global education specialists and digital designers.
* Identify capability gaps to shape targeted learning projects and development programs.
* Develop the global education strategy, aligning learning objectives and success measures with commercial objectives and business goals.
* Lead the development of learning interventions for onboarding, product launches, and ongoing development.
* Ensure all blended learning follows instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
* Integrate DE&I principles into the learning strategy and team practices.
* Use data-driven insights and evidence-based practices to guide decision making.
* Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships and stakeholder relationships across No7 Beauty Company and Boots UK.
* Collaborate with accreditation bodies to develop programs that meet industry standards and enhance credentials
* Stay current with emerging learning trends, with a focus on digital innovation.
* Work with the Global Skin and Regulatory Manager to ensure all skincare-related learning initiatives comply with regulations and standards
Extensive experience in learning and development practice, with expertise in instructional design or content management
* Strong background in developing large-scale learning programs for both retail and corporate environments
* Project management skills, with a track-record of successfully delivering complex initiatives
* Demonstrated experience in people management and leadership
* In-depth knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies
* Proficiency in digital learning, including familiarity with LMS platforms, e-Learning tools, and multimedia content creation
It would be great if you also have
* CIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent
* Extensive experience in beauty retail, including hands-on shop-floor experience
