Role: Product Manager - PPE & Safety Equipment
Location: Kingswinford
About the role:
Creation and maintenance of a strategic product plan that defines the product range to be promoted.
Undertaking an annual product compliance and industry-specific legislative review, to be documented in the strategic product plan.
Maintaining A-Brand access through strong vendor relationships.
Ensuring that new supplier selection and onboarding follows company policy and procedures as defined in Quality Management Systems.
Documentation and centralized filing of commercial contractual terms, to include pricing, rebate, and INCO of those suppliers within the managed product category.
Follow the rebate management calendar with forecast validation, review & monetary collection.
Commercial governance of sales channels, reviewing transactional data and making interventions.
High value commercial sales negotiation support.
Knowledge development through the provision of training materials in Workday.
Hours of Work:
Mon - Fri - 8:30 - 5:30pm
40 hours per week
About you:
Tenure and knowledge in product category specific roles across relevant industries is essential.
Functional experience in any of technical, sales, marketing, product data, and procurement disciplines is beneficial.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
