Key Responsibilities
Supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom.
Assisting children in understanding and following teacher instructions.
Working 1:1 with individual learners in the classroom or in small groups within the Learning Support department.
Monitoring and recording pupil progress.As a Mental Health Assistant, you will provide tailored support to students with diverse needs, requiring a patient and resilient individual. You will work closely with pupils who benefit from additional guidance, including those with social, emotional, and mental health challenges, as well as complex learning profiles.
