Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Powertrain Engineer specializing in engine hardware development. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in the design and development of engine components, with specific knowledge of high-pressure fuel systems, ignition systems for large engines (V8/V12). Proficiency in CAD software such as Catia and ProE is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and development (D&D) of hot and cold end engine components.
* Develop and optimize high-pressure fuel systems and ignition systems for advanced engine applications.
* Utilize CAD tools (Catia/ProE) for modeling, simulation, and design documentation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, testing, and quality assurance.
* Conduct design reviews and support product validation and testing processes.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in engine hardware development.
* Strong competency in CAD software (Catia and/or ProE).
* In-depth knowledge of high-pressure fuel systems and ignition systems.
