As a Part Time Accounts Payable Administrator based in Portadown, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Taking ownership of specific suppliers and branches
2. Entering supplier invoices onto the system
3. Processing of purchase invoices, credit notes and debit notes
4. Following up on any pricing queries
5. Ensuring stock has been booked in correctly on the system
6. Resolving any invoice/purchase order queries
7. Ensuring prompt payment to suppliers
8. Dealing with telephone calls from suppliers and branches promoting excellent customer service, accuracy and teamwork
This is a part time, permanent role working 24 hours a week Monday - Friday between - We can be flexible with the days and hours that you work.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
9. Previous accounts payable experience is desirable
10. Utilisation of ERP is desirable
11. Essential to be proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word
