Who we're looking for The People Coordinator is a pivotal role in the employee lifecycle which delivers an exceptional experience to employees in key stages of the employee journey, including onboarding and offboarding. The role is vital in ensuring our people processes run with succinct regularity and momentum, enabling the best possible efficiency for the People & Culture Team and ensuring a fantastic experience for all. What you'll be delivering Onboarding Responsible for coordinating the onboarding process, serving as the main point of contact for the new employee. Responsibilities include: screening checks (Right to Work, DBS, Driving for Work, References), letter and contract creation, data entry into the HRIS, onboarding meetings and training set-up, benefit allocations, kit allocation. Coordinate the probation process, serving as the first point of contact for managers and employees. This includes sending probation reminders, ensuring the meeting takes place, updating systems, and issuing probation outcome letters, escalating probation extensions or failures when required. Continuously review and improve the probation process, collaborating with the People Experience Lead to ensure performance management is dealt with promptly during the probation period. Attendance at The Hub as requested to support the Transparity Immersion Days. People Matters Coordinate all role changes using the defined role change process. Responsibilities include letter creation (pay rises, promotions etc.), Role Profile issuing, Reward Scheme issuing, and system updates. Ensure all people matter notes are recorded accurately under profiles. Engage Update the Digital Hub as required. Coordinate the quarterly survey process – eNPS and People Awards, sending out the survey, and preparing the result packs. Maintenance of benefits platforms. Attendance at The Hub as requested to attend team meetings or support People & Culture led events. Perform Coordinate the Performance Management system, Clear Review, with regular data uploads and data audit. Develop Issue out mandatory compliance training. Provide quarterly reports on completion rates. Issue out Transparity Fundamentals certification. Coordination of Gallup Strengths assessments. Depart Responsible for coordinating the offboarding process, including calculating leave entitlements, conducting an exit interview (Departure Chat), issuing letters, coordinating kit return. Systems & Data Conduct regular employee data audits on our HRIS and employee files ensuring accuracy and compliance. Provide data driven insights on exit interviews (Departing Comments), employee turnover, retention, EDI and other key metrics. Responsibility for maintaining the People inbox and People calendar. We think you'll be successful in this role if you have some of the following CIPD Level 3 desirable (open to supporting this learning). Experience in an HR administration role essential. Process and consistency orientated. Data entry and data accuracy essential. Outstanding attention to detail, both written and numerical. Ability to juggle between tasks and priorities. Excellent communication skills. Proactive. Problem solving mindset. Tech savvy.
