As a Part-time Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Answering calls from customers to assist them with their enquiries whilst delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
2. Greeting customers who come in person.
3. Dealing with queries related to accounts.
4. Liaising with various internal departments.
5. Keeping track of customer transactions.
6. Handling inbound written and verbal customer issues and finding the best solution.
7. Using the internal system to monitor and update customer accounts.
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have:
1. Experience of helping customers over the phone.
2. Will pride themselves on going the extra mile for customers.
3. Previous call-centre experience would be an advantage.
4. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Ability to respond to verbal communication with confidence.
6. Excellent standard of written English and experience of drafting letters.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Able to deal with difficult situations and conversations, showing empathy.
9. Active listener who can understand and identify customer needs whilst delivering exceptional service.
