Job Role: Technical Support Specialist
Working from a home base, you will provide technical support on insurance claims to SME brokers and their clients across the UK, primarily in the Commercial sector (excluding motor).
This role is suitable for someone experienced in resolving claims and technically capable, who prefers minimal travel and report preparation.
You should be confident and able to develop rapport with brokers and adjusters.
Ideal candidates will be ACILA qualified or able to demonstrate relevant experience and working towards this qualification.
Part-time and flexible working arrangements may also be considered.
