The Role.
The Sales Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth order processing, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Acting as a bridge between customers, sales representatives, and other internal departments to facilitate efficient operations Key Responsibilities: Order Processing Handle customer orders, check stock, and coordinate deliveries.
Customer Support Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and track shipments.
Sales Team Assistance Prepare quotes, invoices, and follow up on payments.
Inventory Coordination Work with suppliers to maintain stock levels.
CRM & Data Management Update customer records and sales reports.
Compliance & Documentation Ensure sales follow industry regulations and manage paperwork.
