Responsibilities:
* The successful candidate will embrace a trauma-informed and child first approach to youth justice.
* You will have extensive knowledge of the issues which impact children and families, and which lead to engaging in offending behaviour, alongside which an understanding of the relevant legislation and national standards is imperative.
* The successful applicant will have responsibility to monitor and improve performance and practice across Targeted Services for Young People with a particular focus on the Child First model.
* You will lead on elements of practice across the service and drive the agenda within teams.
* You will have management experience within the Youth Justice arena and extensive knowledge of statutory requirements and developments in practice.
What we are looking for as a Team Manager:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
