JOB TITLE: HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer
SALARY: £36 - £40k dependent on skills/experience, private health care, pension, van/fuel card, and overtime.
LOCATION: Birmingham and surrounding areas.
JOB INFORMATION:
Working on a mobile basis, you would be responsible for carrying out service and preventative planned maintenance according to schedules on a wide range of air conditioning appliances for commercial sites and residential apartments (communal areas only), care homes, offices, etc. As an HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer, you would carry out maintenance on systems such as VRV's, VRF's, splits, etc. Covering in and around the West Midlands, you would be responsible for air conditioning service and maintenance. Overtime is available and plentiful, with a 1 in 5 callout with standby allowance and a minimum of 4 or 8 hours paid at overtime rates.

CANDIDATE INFORMATION:
Good customer service skills, well-presented and articulate, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Recognised air conditioning qualifications including F-Gas, City & Guilds NVQ. As an air conditioning engineer, you will have experience working on air conditioning service and maintenance contracts previously. Good working knowledge/troubleshooting skills on a wide range of air conditioning appliances including splits, VRV, VRF, and split systems. Motivated and trustworthy.
