The Position
Developing long-term strategies that drive productivity and success for the agency, you’ll oversee the team to ensure the highest standards. Day-to-day, you’ll manage budgets, forecast resource needs, monitor targets and mentor the operations team.
With your forward-thinking mindset and eagle eye for detail, you’ll look to identify revenue opportunities, drive performance measures and maximise company growth, as well as identify areas for improvement.
A master when it comes to balancing priorities and juggling tasks, you’ll analyse and streamline operational processes and implement best practices, looking to improve efficiency, reduce costs and ensure quality and consistency across the board.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after an experienced Operations Director who has an exceptional set of leadership and communication skills, paired perfectly with the ability to lead high-performing teams whilst optimising processes and managing resources.
It’s important that you know how to analyse business data, able to identify trends, opportunities and improvements, and we want to hear all about your experience when it comes to budget management and financial forecasting.
Focused and adaptable, you’ll be someone who can communicate their vision with ease. You know exactly how to build and develop successful and positive relationships of all shapes and sizes, internally with your team and externally with vendors and clients alike. Experience managing contracts, agreements and procurements would be a real advantage here, too.
