We are currently looking for an Office Manager to join a firm based in Salisbury where you would be required to visit a new London office up to 4 times a month. This is a part-time role (30 hours) where hours can be flexible to suit personal needs and will be paying up to 32k pro rata.
The role
1. Responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Wilton office.
2. Management of the London office once this has been set up.
3. Be the focal point for liaison with the office(s) landlord, facilities suppliers, and staff.
4. Manage meeting room bookings for both the Wilton and London offices.
5. Order office stock.
