Production Control Administrator
Who we're looking for
We're looking for a Vulnerability management administrator who will help Schroders manage the remediation of vulnerabilities in collaboration with the technical delivery teams.
We've got a new site, new teams, and new ways of working. So we want someone who'll manage the review, prioritisation and planning of activities to remediate vulnerabilities.

What you'll do
1. Be the first point of contact for management of vulnerabilities and the associated remediation activities;
2. Capture and share the right information from multiple data sources;
3. Work together and share insights with others in the team;
4. Own and manage your workload and escalate when required;
5. Help the team to keep improving its service, by sharing your suggestions for improving processes and reducing risk;
6. Keep up to date with changing security requirements;
7. Uphold our standards, processes and policies.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
1. A pro-active, organised approach with attention to detail;
2. Knowledge of and experience with MS Office range of products;
3. Strong planning, organisation and administration skills;
4. Excellent communication skills;
5. The ability to quickly build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications that'll help
1. Experience as a project co-ordinator or scheduler;
2. Experience of managing stakeholders and facilitating meetings.

This role requires weekend working (7am - 3pm) with Tuesdays & Wednesdays as day off.
