We are recruiting for our 2025 Operations Seed to Shelf Graduate Programme with an opportunity to understand every aspect of our business. Our scheme will provide you with placements including Operations, Product Management, Planting, Planning and Harvest to fully understand our wider business with some proving occasion for international travel abroad. The placements will focus on everyday people management, supervision, and a commercial focus on continuous improvement. What are we looking for: Genuine interest in a career within the food and/or fresh produce industry Either in your final year of University graduating in 2025 or have graduated in the last 4 years Excellent communication skills at all levels The capacity to problem solve and have a can-do attitude Ability to work as a team and on your own initiative Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment So, what is in it for you?
