A great opportunity to join this leading, multi-branch independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have become one of the leading agents in the area. Due to their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator who has at least 12 months experience working as a Sales Negotiator and ideally with local area knowledge. This is a great opportunity to join this friendly team where ongoing training and career progression is highly encouraged.
Main Duties for the Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Role:
1. Meeting and registering new applicants
2. Organising and carrying out viewings
3. Maintaining regular contact with clients and applicants
4. Negotiating any offers received
5. Having an in-depth understanding of the local marketplace
6. Working closely with the Manager to identify new business opportunities and maximise them
Skills Required:
1. Smart, well-spoken and articulate
2. Ambitious, self-motivated and driven
3. Full UK driving license
Working Hours: Full time – 8:45 to 5:30 Monday to Friday plus alternate Saturdays from 9:00 – 1:00pm with time off in lieu during the week when on the Saturday rota.
20 days holiday plus statutory holidays. Extra discretionary day off for birthday and extra discretionary days at Christmas.
