In this role, you will: Take the lead on sales for a new housing development in Kent. Drive and generate sales leads for mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings, and property valuations. Collaborate with our local new homes support team to ensure seamless marketing and sales administration. Resolve challenges and influence outcomes to achieve optimal results. Work towards achieving established sales targets. About the benefits and rewards: The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry.
