We are currently seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Barkingside Branch, where you will play a key role in shaping its future by creating a welcoming atmosphere for both our society members and branch colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and increase member engagement.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven leadership and management experience in a retail or financial services environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Degree-level qualification in a relevant field such as business, finance, or management.
