An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role will involve supporting projects through all RIBA stages, from initial conceptual design through to detailed planning and technical drawings. Skills, Experience & Qualifications needed for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant: RIBA Part 1 and 2 degrees or equivalent. Previous experience with client communication and liaison. Experience with measured building surveys, conceptual design, and feasibility studies. Ability to prepare planning and technical drawings, produce specifications, and assist with tendering processes. Gain valuable on-site experience and contribute to project management tasks. Proficiency in Revit is essential. Strong IT literacy, with knowledge of Adobe Suite a plus. Excellent communication skills and confident client liaison. Strong organisational and time management abilities.
