Options for 3, 4 or 5 days per week contracts are up for discussion. Job Overview: We are looking for a Business Development Professional with recent, demonstrable experience in the pharmaceutical and CRO sectors, ideally with a focus on immunology. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving my client's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and positioning our immunology-based services as the preferred solution for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, with a particular focus on companies working in immunology. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including senior executives and project managers in biotech, pharma, and CRO industries. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs to effectively position ImmuOne’s services. Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals that showcase ImmuOne’s unique capabilities in immunology-based research. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Represent ImmuOne at industry conferences, events, and meetings to promote our services and generate leads. Track and report on business development activities and progress toward sales targets. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in a business development role within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of the drug development process, with a particular focus on immunology-based products and services. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders in the biotech and pharma sectors. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to craft and present tailored proposals. A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or business field (a background in immunology or life sciences is a plus).
