Job Summary
An opportunity has arisen for a part-time Receptionist to be based at Conquest Hospital.
You will be part of a team of Receptionists responsible for welcoming outpatients to the hospital, recording all attendance information, and making follow-ups where appropriate in line with the Referral to Treatment: Access and Management Policy and Organisation Objectives.
Main Duties of the Job
You will need to deal with challenges, perform under pressure, and be able to prioritise work. Computer literacy and flexibility are essential. Good customer service is a must.
The hours of service are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday 08:30 - 17:00 and Tuesday 08:30 - 14:00.

Person Specification
Qualifications (Essential)
* Good general education to GCSE level or equivalent
* Ability to undertake additional training on departmental IT and manual systems
* Computer literate
Experience (Essential)
* Previous clerical work is essential, either voluntary or paid
Desirable
* Evidence of substantial clerical experience, especially in relation to filing systems
* Experience and understanding of an Oasis system
