What's the Role About?
We are seeking a skilled HR Systems & Technical Support Manager to join our dynamic team and ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the iTrent HRIS system.
This role will involve the following key responsibilities:
* System Management: Work with a team to help configure and maintain the iTrent environment to meet and exceed the needs of schools and multi academy trusts.
* Project Management: Help coordinate internal and external resources to configure, test and deploy HRIS functionality to meet the needs of clients.
* Collaboration : Work closely with HR and Payroll teams to customise the system according to business needs and integrate iTrent with other HR-related software.
* Customer Care : Maintain high client satisfaction by ensuring accuracy, addressing service-related issues promptly, and managing escalated client concerns.
* Communication : Foster a customer-centric approach, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients and team members.
* System Performance : Collaborate with various teams to review, test, and authorise system performance in line with statutory and contractual requirements.
* Administration : Ensure all system and technical documentation is up to date, run necessary reports, and maintain accurate records.
* Quality & Training : Support, coach, and mentor colleagues, ensuring all team training is current and up to date.
