* First line telephone contact for all external telephone calls.
* Input customer orders and advise price & availability, technical & product information.
* Support Business Development Managers - sales, customer information, product data.
* Resolve customer issues on deliveries and orders.
* Undertake administrative tasks for returns & warranties as required.
* Work with Sales & Marketing, Warehouse, Credit Control and HKG to improve service, systems and products.
* Reactiveand proactive sales and marketing support for departmental managers.
