An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a team of Social Prescribing Link Workers at the University of Manchester.
Working as part of a small team of Link Workers, and liaising with others across student support provision, you will aim to empower students to take greater control of their mental health and wellbeing by supporting them to achieve specific behavioural goals.
You should have experience of working positively with people facing complex social and emotional challenges and have skills in motivating, empowering and supporting people to achieve goals, ideally in the role of a Social Prescriber/Link Worker or similar.
