You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in contentious probate matters. You must possess in-depth knowledge of the legal frameworks governing wills, estates, trusts, and inheritance, including the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. You will have proven experience in managing contentious probate matters and complex litigation. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly to clients. You will be client-focused, with a strategic, solutions-driven approach.
