AJ Connect is delighted to be representing an award-winning Law Firm that is actively recruiting for a Credit Control Team Lead to join their high-performing team in Edinburgh. Responsibilities: Manage accounts, ensuring timely debt collection Build relationships with clients' finance teams for efficient cash collection Provide excellent customer service via phone and email Chase overdue balances per Credit Control procedures Monitor monthly payment plans for timely receipt Issue fees/receipts at month-end and upon property completion Process card payments via the online portal Maintain and monitor the Credit Control inbox Ensure accurate data entry into systems Co-manage and allocate tasks to the Credit Control team Manage specific departmental debt Produce reports and track KPIs for management. Attend Heads of Department credit control meetings Ad Hoc duties as and when required by the management team.
