We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join a growing organisation in the building products sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, collaborative team, working across departments to process sales enquiries, manage customer orders, and resolve queries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing a high volume of customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Handling incoming customer calls and enquiries, covering a wide range of topics.
* Resolving customer complaints and escalating to management when required.
* Liaising with Sales, Production, and External teams to ensure smooth delivery.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Key Accounts and third-party suppliers.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in customer service or a busy office environment.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.
* Experience with sales order processing in a B2B environment is beneficial but not essential (training provided).
