As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant, engaging with customers and ensuring smooth operations in the customer areas. Your activities will include making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organizing special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
